SPA MANAGEMENT - ΑΠΟΦΟΙΤΟΣ ΑΙΣΘΗΤΙΚΗΣ Η ΦΥΣΙΚΟΘΕΡΑΠΕΙΑΣ ΙΕΚ Η ΤΕΙ

Duties & Responsibilities
o Oversee, manage, train, guide and motivate the team of spa therapists and aestheticians for optimum customer service. Evaluate team’s skills and act accordingly.
o Coordinate daily appointment calendar; allocate appointments in order to maximize revenue and ensure maximum productivity.
o Oversee day-to-day spa operations to deliver an excellent guest experience and achieve repetitive visits.
o Provide high level customer service that exceeds the expectations of our guests.
o Guide and inform customers, spa visitors and guests about face and body treatments appropriate for them; promote the cosmetic products the company represents.
o Ensure the team practices and implements treatment protocols according to guidelines. Correct course when needed.
o Supervise operational procedures; ensure spa standards are followed; guard spa etiquette and facilitate customers receive an excellent spa experience. Ensure hygiene and safety procedures and protocols are in place and implemented.
o Contribute to the overall quality and quantity goals of the company, the spas and the cosmetics it represents.
o Report to the CEO of the group.
Skills & Qualities
o Degree in Aesthetics or Physiotherapy and Spa Management or relevant management degree.
o A minimum of 3 years managerial work experience in a similar position in the spa and beauty sectors, preferably in an international, 5-star hotel environment, or a city Spa.
o Knowledge of key operational aspects of the spa; procedures, face and body protocols, customer appointments management, customer service, spa etiquette.
o The ideal candidate should be organized and analytical, possess coordinating and people management skills, nourish team spirit, have a positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities.
o Possess interpersonal communication skills, integrity, reliability and commitment to excellence.
o Good knowledge of the English language; excellent knowledge of the Greek language. A third language will be considered a plus.
o Computer literacy and familiar with windows environment.
