Chatinstead is a Cyprus-based platform used in commercial websites and pro-actively engages website visitors in real time, optimizes sales lead generation and improves customer experience.

We are looking to hire external associates, working from home for an e-thinking and fast forward company.

Company Offers:
● 8-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotating-schedule basis.
1st shift: 08:00-16:00
2nd shift: 16:00-00:00

Job Description:
● Real time response to customer inquiries through instant messaging software and email (no phone)
● Effectively manage and respond to high volumes of chats
● Maintain updated knowledge of offered products and services of our customers
● Actively participate in scheduled training sessions at pre-announced times
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
● Excellent typing skills in English & Greek language
● Dynamic, smart and engaging written communication style
● High Attention to detail
● Multitasking skills – Ability to navigate or toggle many browser screens and maintain chat conversations simultaneously
● Ability to Work remotely and independently
● Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and follow up thoroughly
